St. Louis County Residents Can File Certain Police Reports Online

ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. — Residents who need to document certain nonemergency incidents can begin the process through the St. Louis County Police Department’s online reporting system.

The department’s WeCARE portal includes options for incidents such as identity theft, stolen or missing license plates or tabs, and destruction of property. The online service can help residents submit information without traveling to a precinct for eligible reports.

The portal is intended for situations that are not active emergencies. Anyone facing immediate danger should call 911.

Residents should select the incident type that matches what occurred and follow the instructions provided by the department.
