ST. LOUIS — Deloitte has renewed its lease at the downtown office tower bearing its name, retaining 22,040 square feet at 100 S. Fourth St., according to commercial real estate reports.

Connect CRE reported the renewal October 20 alongside owner Stanton Road Capital’s announcement that it completed a shared amenity center called The Outpost. The St. Louis Business Journal separately reported the renewal and building upgrades October 23.

The Outpost includes a fitness center, a conference facility for about 100 people, a tenant lounge and grab-and-go food and beverage options, according to Connect CRE’s account of the owner’s announcement.

The improvements are part of the owner’s effort to update the 12-story, approximately 260,000-square-foot building. Its earlier announcements described the amenity project while work was still planned; the current report describes its completion.

The tower also attracted a separate professional-services lease in 2025. Sansone Group and Stanton Road Capital announced that April that law firm Baker Sterchi Cowden & Rice would take the entire ninth floor, covering 22,800 square feet.

Colliers represented Deloitte in the renewal, while Sansone Group handles leasing for the building, according to Connect CRE. The owner’s earlier property announcements identify the tower as a 1987 building, providing context for the investment in shared facilities.
