ST. LOUIS — Health Protection and Education Services of St. Louis lists its next free health screening for Saturday, Nov. 21, from 9 a.m. to noon at Grace United Methodist Church, 6199 Waterman Blvd.
Appointments are required. The nonprofit directs people seeking a screening to call Jacqueline at 314-305-1439 rather than arrive expecting walk-in service.
The organization’s published schedule identifies Nov. 21 as its remaining 2026 screening date and says there will be no December screening. Residents interested in a visit should contact the organization about available appointments and any preparation needed.
HPES says its volunteer screenings serve underserved and uninsured people in the greater St. Louis region. Listed services include blood pressure, blood glucose, cholesterol, dental, hearing and vision checks.
The service list does not establish that every assessment will be available or appropriate at every appointment. Callers should ask which screenings will be offered on their visit date and whether any instructions apply.
The event provides a local point of access to preventive screening. Individual questions about results or follow-up care should be addressed with the screening team and an appropriate health professional.
The nonprofit’s screening page lists the current schedule, location and appointment contact.
