CHESTERFIELD, Mo. — St. Luke’s will offer a free menopause health discussion at 6 p.m. Tuesday, October 27, with options to attend in Chesterfield or join online.
The session, Hormonal Clarity: Transforming Menopause Symptoms into Strength, is part of the hospital’s Conversations for Women series for people in perimenopause and menopause.
Maggie Marcrander, a physician specializing in menopause and women’s wellness, is listed as the speaker. The hospital describes the series as an opportunity to learn about health concerns associated with this stage of life and ways to discuss them with a care professional.
The in-person program will be held at St. Luke’s Hospital Institute for Health Education, on the second floor of the North Medical Building, 232 S. Woods Mill Road.
The hospital’s event page includes a registration link. Residents should use that page to select an attendance format and check the current registration instructions before the event. The free listing does not establish that seats remain available.
The online option offers a way for area residents to participate without traveling to the hospital campus.
Tuesday’s talk is an educational program, rather than an individual medical appointment. Participants with personal questions about symptoms, treatment options or their health history can use the discussion to prepare questions for their own clinician.
